Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on our products once they have left our control.

This helps us ensure that all our customers receive only the freshest and safest snacks.

However, if we have made a mistake we will endeavour to correct that mistake. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in perfect condition, please email us within 48 hours at anguswayco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
